The role

To provide proactive, timely and efficient administrative support to the team in order to assist with the smooth-running and productivity of the team, to maximise the time spent by the specialists and managers on their core business activities. To identify and implement improvements and efficiencies in the use of administrative tools, processes, suppliers, documentation and data, to increase the amount of time support can be given to other value-added activities.

Day to day duties

  • Office Administration
  • Diary Management
  • Supporting with Event Organisation
  • Travel Arrangements and Expenses
  • Team building event planning
  • Invoices and Payments
  • Organisation of IT support set up and resources
  • Being involved in HR duties, Induction, new starter and vetting procedures
  • Networking events to promote the company


Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience with computer-based administration, reporting and database management.
  • Processing invoices, organizing events etc.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft office
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience


Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English with ability to communicate/build rapport with people from a variety of cultures/backgrounds and suppliers
  • Intermediate skills in M/S Office suite essential: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • High level of proactive organisational and time management skills, able to deal with fast paced environment
  • Strong team player, friendly, helpful and professional, good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail to high level of accuracy
