Our client, an established building society, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Consultant to join their team!
This position is 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9-5 (with a requirement to work two Saturdays each month, given back as time in lieu).
The role:
· You will be working as part of a supportive and fun team of people, providing excellent face-to-face customer service to the society’s members, taking ownership of their individual needs.
· You will demonstrate strong communication skills daily which will enable you to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections and show empathy to customers.
· Resolving member enquiries through to resolution, delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service.
Key skills/ experience:
· Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
· Face-to-face customer service experience is helpful, but not essential.
