You will be reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is a broad, all-encompassing digital marketing role. Supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver the digital marketing and lead generation strategy, this role will manage the digital media campaigns. Emphasis is on setting up and managing Paid media campaigns, while also generating 'Organic’ leads using 'owned’ communication channels.

Job Duties

  • Managing paid media advertising accounts (incl. Facebook, Google/Bing PPC Adwords, Display and YouTube).
  • Manage social media platforms, including posts to brand Page, sharing posts to Group and partner pages, and mediating comments to encourage further brand engagement.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and other marketing data, making ongoing recommendations to optimise.
  • Creating blog articles and web pages optimised for SEO to generate organic web traffic and leads
  • Producing regular B2C email campaigns to promote partner parks and brand events to enquirer database.
  • Communicates and aligns digital marketing activity internally to Sales team and collaborates with external partners (manufacturers, parks etc) to amplify reach.
  • Spotting opportunities and recommending digital media activity to Marketing Manager to grow the brand and generate leads.
  • Support Marketing Manager in organising brand and company presence at events

o External - trade days, park open weekends, organising promotional materials

o Internal - annual parties and quarterly review meetings

  • Ad-hoc Marketing projects

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong content and copy writing capability, especially in Social media advertising
  • Commercially and analytically minded
  • Organised and detail conscious
  • Communicates well both in writing and verbally in English
  • Able to work well as part of a small team as much as using own initiative and can work independently
  • Ability to think outside of the box, be creative and make the role their own
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure and will ask for help and guidance when required
  • Builds appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with  teams and Line Manager
  • Able to demonstrate good listening and communication skills
  • Confident with MS package
  • Use of website content management systems eg WordPress
  • Use of photo enhancement and video editing packages such as Photoshop and Cyberlink

Experience

  • Broad digital marketing experience, especially with Paid media and Organic channels
  • Minimum 18 months experience within a Marketing department and Marketing qualification
