HR/ ER Advisor
Cirencester (Hybrid)
£30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Our client, a top security solutions company, has an exciting opportunity for a HR / ER Advisor to join their team!
The role:
· Manage a high caseload of ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance concerns.
· Act as the first point of contact for ER queries for assigned regions from Area Managers and employees across the UK.
· Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ER cases using the case management system.
· Provide expert advice in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice.
· Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures and TUPE.
· Coach and upskill managers to handle ER matters confidently and effectively.
· Collaborate with the wider HR team and contribute to HR projects and strategy.
· Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
Key skills/experience:
· Proven experience in a high-volume ER advisory role, ideally across multiple locations.
· Comfortable working independently with remote support.
· CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
· Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
