Do you have experience of working at HR Advisor level within a fast paced private sector organisation(s) ideally FMCG or Supply Chain and Logistics?

Can you demonstrate : 

  • Proactive in ensuring you are an active partner to the business areas you support.
  • Not afraid to challenge and coaching Managers
  • Commercially aware
  • Desire to understand the business 
  • Experience of dealing with complex ER cases
  • Excellent understanding of Employment Law and how to apply this
  • Good understanding of local law and Trade Union aspects
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and influence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with challenging status quo and proposing new solutions
  • Manage confidential/ sensitive information
  • Well organised and self-motivated
  • HR generalist experience in terms of driving HR agenda
  • Used to working with senior business leaders and functional managers
