HR Advisor - Bristol - Supporting CIPD Level 7
We are looking for HR Advisor to join a growing HR team, for a company that is passionate about food. They pride themselves on creating a supportive environment, where everyone has a voice and as a result there is a strong focus on building a winning team and culture.
We are looking for a generalist HR Advisor who is keen to be involved in all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Training and Development, ER Casework, Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Corporate Social Responsibility. You will be reporting into the HR Manager and working closely with the wider team to implement and deliver the people plan across the site. You will be striving to improve HR Practices and procedures and enjoy improving existing processes and implementing best practice too.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience within Manufacturing or Engineering and be CIPD Level 5 qualified. This is a permanent opportunity and the company will support further study of the CIPD (Level 7) .
