HR Advisor - Bristol - Permanent 

We are working with an organisational in Bristol, who have seen on-going growth over the last few years and are now looking for an HR Advisor to join the HR Team. As an HR Advisor you will be promoting best practice across the business and helping to create a culture where everyone feels valued and engaged.

You will be reasonable for:

  • Providing first line support to all managers, ensuring queries are dealt with effectively
  • Provide advice and support on a range of employee lifecycle issues
  • Supporting managers with performance management, objective setting, providing feedback, creating plans and capability procedures
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including profiling, interviewing, involvement with assessment centres and testing
  • Support with absence management and long-term ill health, including managing Occupational Health Professionals
  • Support investigatory, disciplinary and grievance proceedings
  • Promoting well-being initiatives
  • Providing accurate monthly payroll amendments
  • Coaching and develop line managers on a range of topics
