HR & Payroll Administrator

Our client, a prestigious national car dealership has an exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join their amazing team.
The role:
- Provide first hand HR generalist administration support.
- Engage with the recruitment process (managing vacancies, liaising with outside recruiters, arranging interviews, interview assessments)
- Undertaking the Onboarding processes, including new starter inductions
- Maintaining accurate records on HR system
- Preparing monthly payroll data (new starters, leavers and adjustments for outsourced payroll).
- Production of monthly HR KPI data and payroll reports
- Ensuring data integrity within Salesforce -raising cases to fix issues and increase knowledge
- Coordination of the Probationary Review process
- Preparation of the Status Change memos following system updates
Key skills/ experience:
- Attention to detail
- Structured and organised
- Ability to prioritise
- Good communication – verbal and written
- Microsoft Excel to a good standard
- Prior HR system experience and knowledge is desirable
- Good team player
- A discreet and confidential approach to all activities
