This fantastic opportunity to partner with Site Managers/Heads of Department, to help shape and implement people plans for the site/team that align to the Strategic Path to 2023, in particular the Engaged People strategic priorities, and other local priorities
To provide expert advice and guidance in relation to all operational HR activity on Sites/with allocated Teams, to include employee relations management, recruitment and training Liaison with central People Services to ensure smooth transitions at all stages of the employee life cycle.
