As a stand alone HR role you will :
- Ensuring accurate employment records and contracts are kept
- Managing the training budget
- Delivering reports to the senior team
- Working with line managers to resolve issues peacefully, fairly and honestly
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
- Working in partnership with third parties
- Working collaboratively with the department managers to ensure a consistent and proactive approach to the business policies on GDPR, Inclusivity, Wellbeing
- Supporting various recruitment activities in a company with a diverse workforce
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years HR experience at management level
- Confident in all HR practice
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to speak to people at all levels of seniority
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience at managing own workload and prioritising work
- Creative person would be advantageous
- Background or interest in TV and Media
