As an HR MI Analyst, you will sit as part of the HR Development Team, playing a key role in the developing, delivering and reporting on the metrics and indicators that will help us track our people strategy and plans and driving improved systems.

Working with colleagues in the HR Department, you will identify relevant data sets, and create insights that will enable thorough root cause analysis, and demonstrate the impact of projects and initiatives.

Additionally, to help get the department ready for digital transformation, the role will be responsible for mapping and documenting all HR processes, ensuring that the relevant operational KPIs are identified, generated, and reported upon.

You will have previous experience in an analyst role ideally within a HR Function or have worked closely with HR on various data related projects.

You will possess a robust business analysis skill set, along with advanced Excel skills, using pivot tables and look ups daily and possess confidence in using modern BI tools. Additionally, you will have a track record of delivery in a managed project environment.
