Our client, a fantastic law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team!
Key skills/ experience:
- Experience in a 1st line support role, ideally within professional services, but not essential.
- Technical support: IT HelpDesk, asset management (including laptops and mobile devices) and technical training
- Good communication skills
- Experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times
- Ability to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
