This role will act as the first point of contact for managers and staff within the organisation for all employee and workforce matters
It will oversee the key elements of the employee life cycle, ensuring that the employee experience remains positive, and that the business needs are met.
This role will also maintain accurate data within these areas, which will ensure compliance, assist in workforce planning and help drive evidence-based decision making
