About the Managing Director role.
This leadership role will oversee the sales and operations of the business. You will be expected to lead the organisation and execute the company’s vision and business plan, incorporating this into strategy, organisation, resource planning and budget.
You will be responsible for all operations and business activities, performance, and budgets.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals for our neutral vendor managed service solution within the Care Sector.
- Deliver on significant revenue targets for product and services offered by Care Hires nationally. These would be based on a Team Target against Business Plan
- Drive relationship-building process with Care Home operators senior executives across the healthcare market.
- Help companies to optimise their relationships with recruitment agencies, saving money, rationalising supply and improving standards
- Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans.
