Contracts Supervisor

Bristol

£25-27k p.a

Our client, an independent air and water hygiene specialist, has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Supervisor to join their team!

Working with a growing SME in North Bristol, you will play a key role in the Operations Support team.

 

The role:

  • Track contract renewal, raise and issue quotations to the customer in a timely manner
  • Source and apply for relevant tenders
  • Customer liaison and handling client queries, escalate queries where required
  • Ownership of all contracts to ensure successful service delivery of scope and requirements
  • Create and manage contract plans and schedules
  • Oversee contracts in conjunction with Account Managers to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Support with creation and review of RAMs when required
  • Oversee all booking-in requirements with customers, site staff and subcontractors
  • Administration of customer portals and databases
  • Ensure all relevant documentations are provided to site prior to visit
  • Identify requirements for additional work on site
  • Arrange accommodation and travel bookings for site staff delivering contract work
  • Support the Sales department in raising quotes for repeat contracts when required
  • Collate and review job completion documentation
  • Manage any purchasing requirements including subcontractors

 

Key skills/ experience:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and generally digitally proficient
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy workload and prioritise tasks
  • Team player able to work with colleagues in various levels across the business
  • Problem-solver able to think on their feet and deliver effective solutions
  • Attention to detail: able to proactively spot potential errors to ensure processes are delivered right first time.
  • Self-starter able to show initiative, drive projects and manage time efficiently
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication
  • High level of customer service skills, able to form and maintain positive relationships with clients
