Our client, an independent leading provider of audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory services, has an exciting opportunity for a Office Support Coordinator to join their team!
The role:
· Supporting client delivery teams and managing day-to-day operational matters. Including overseeing meeting rooms, facilities, supporting events, filing, and handling various tasks as needed.
· Taking charge of the reception area by greeting clients, managing incoming calls, and efficiently sorting incoming mail. Being the friendly face that represents the firm!
· Taking charge of ensuring that annual assessments for the Bristol office are completed, contributing to the overall performance and compliance of the firm.
· Supporting people managers in conducting risk assessments and developing action plans for team members.
· Following up on Health and Safety actions to provide additional support and maintain a safe working environment.)
· Acting as a liaison with service providers to the office and providing support in managing office-related issues
· Working closely with all offices and departments within the business, providing vital support for various administrative tasks.
· Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations across the firm.
Key skills/ experience:
· Previous experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to support and collaborate with people managers on risk assessments and action plans.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
