Patient Administrator
£25-26k p.a
Bristol (on site)
Monday to Friday, with 1 shift every 3 weekend.
Our client, a top healthcare provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Administrator to join their team!
The role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and will support a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
· Booking patient appointments and managing clinic schedules
· Answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and empathy
· Handling incoming and outgoing post, and preparing patient letters
· Managing both face-to-face and telephone enquiries from patients and colleagues
· Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry
· Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team as needed.
Key skills/experience:
· Someone who is caring, organised, and passionate about people and service.
· Previous experience in a customer service or patient facing role.
· An understanding and respect of confidentiality at all times when dealing with calls or with patients directly.
· Enjoys working with a range of people and is able to tailor their approach to a diversity of patients’ needs with a friendly and accessible personal manner.
· Confident use of Office 365 and tech systems (training provided).
· Great communication skills, both written and verbal
