Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a new challenge.
You will be a superstar that lives and breathes recruiting and has the drive and skill to find the best person for the job in the fastest possible time.
Experience with applicant tracking systems would be a nice to have and a good knowledge of job boards is a must as is the ability to be flexible and creative as you will be recruiting roles within the construction industry.
Overview of responsibilities
Developing a good understanding of client companies, candidates, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media types (e.g websites, social media, job boards, newspapers etc)
Headhunting candidates confidentially identifying and approaching suitable candidates on behalf of client companies
Completing searches on candidate databases and job boards to find the right candidate suitable for the employers vacancy.

Good understanding of recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
Be a confident and capable communicator.
Self-motivated, able to take initiative and think on your feet.
