Recruitment Coordinator/ Advisor
Bristol (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team!
The role:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of legal and business services roles, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Act as the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries from hiring managers, candidates, and agencies.
- Post and draft job adverts on internal systems, external job boards.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment documentation.
- Support with onboarding processes including pre-employment checks, right-to-work verification, and coordination with internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment processes, templates, and best practices.
- Support early careers recruitment and vacation scheme processes where applicable, including assessment days and candidate feedback.
Key skills/ experience:
- Candidate sourcing through various platforms, ideally within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of the compliance process, within a Recruitment/HR function
- Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Relationship building, with internal and external stakeholders
