    Recruitment Coordinator/ Advisor

    Bristol (Hybrid)

    Up to £35k

     

    Our client, a leading law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team!


    The role:

    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of legal and business services roles, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
    • Act as the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries from hiring managers, candidates, and agencies.
    • Post and draft job adverts on internal systems, external job boards.
    • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment documentation.
    • Support with onboarding processes including pre-employment checks, right-to-work verification, and coordination with internal teams.
    • Contribute to the development of recruitment processes, templates, and best practices.
    • Support early careers recruitment and vacation scheme processes where applicable, including assessment days and candidate feedback.

    Key skills/ experience:

    • Candidate sourcing through various platforms, ideally within a professional services environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • An understanding of the compliance process, within a Recruitment/HR function
    • Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
    • Relationship building, with internal and external stakeholders
