Our client, an offshore marine robotics company, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Partner to join their team!
The role:
- Acting as a trusted partner, the Senior People Partner works closely with management and employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on all people-related matters.
- The Senior People Partner will be expected to work at all levels — strategic, operational, and tactical as well as influence effectively across all levels of the company, build and maintain strong working relationships and navigate through ambiguity.
- The Senior People Partner will report into the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for aligning and executing the defined people strategy with the company's business priorities to drive results.
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of key drivers of engagement and be able to take targeted action to enhance the employee experience.
- Responsible for talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compliance, compensation and benefits, culture, and organisational design and development.
Key skills/ experience:
- Significant experience as a Senior Business Partner in the offshore industry with demonstratable impact in creating workplaces where people love to work
- Experienced at introducing new People tools and processes into the business at the right time to get maximum impact, creating a high-performance culture
- Able to harness the power of AI to facilitate business growth
- Very strong ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive decision making that will impact business success.
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organisation development, change management, and employee relations.
