Our client, a top law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team!
The role:
This role will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, processes and employer brand whilst ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top legal and business services talent.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and advertising to offer management and onboarding.
- Enhance and promote the firm’s employer brand, ensuring consistency across all recruitment marketing and candidate communications.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with all legal, regulatory, and diversity and inclusion requirements.
- Support the development of early careers initiatives, including trainee and graduate recruitment programmes.
Key skills/experience:
- Previous experience of working within in house recruitment, ideally within professional services
- The ability to manage multiple roles, driving activity whilst we continue to grow
- Experience of leading and developing a team
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation that sits around it
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management with strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise work and work to tight deadlines
- A proactive approach to suggest process improvements
